State, Foreign Operations, Agriculture, Rural Development, Interior, Environment, Military Construction, and Veterans Affairs Appropriations Act, 2021 This bill provides FY2021 appropriations for several federal departments and agencies. It includes 4 of the 12 regular FY2021 appropriations bills: • the Department of State, Foreign Operations, and Related Programs Appropriations Act, 2021; • the Agriculture, Rural Development, Food and Drug Administration, and Related Agencies Appropriations Act, 2021; • the Department of the Interior, Environment, and Related Agencies Appropriations Act, 2021; and • the Military Construction, Veterans Affairs, and Related Agencies Appropriations Act, 2021. The departments and agencies funded in the bill include • the Department of State, • the Department of Agriculture, • the Food and Drug Administration, • the Commodity Futures Trading Commission, • the Department of the Interior, • the Environmental Protection Agency, • the Forest Service, • the Indian Health Service, • Department of Defense military construction and family housing programs, • the Department of Veterans Affairs, and • several related and independent agencies.
